- Frame: 1 Year against material or workmanship defects
- Cushions and Springs: 1 Years from the date of purchase
- Fabric and Leather: 1 Year against material or workmanship defects
2. Wood Furniture
- Construction: 2 Years on structural integrity
- Finish: 1 Year for finish defects
3.Mattresses
- Standard Mattresses: 1 Years, non-prorated
- Premium Mattresses: 2 Years, non-prorated
4.Mechanical Components
- Recliner Mechanisms: 1 Years
- Sleeper Mechanisms and Hardware: 2 Years
How to Make a Claim
To file a warranty claim, customers must contact New Craft Furniture’s customer service with proof of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect. Warranty service is provided at no additional cost to the customer, encompassing parts and labor.
Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Specific exclusions apply to clearance items, which are sold as-is without warranty.
